This climber is beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. I had few questions before purchasing and they got back to me right away! I bought the 6 piece set so I can take half of set to the grand parents place while my baby is still small. They allowed me to get the rainbow pastel color in this set and it is so beautiful, I received so many complements from others. I look forward to purchase more in the future as my baby grows. As for the shipping, they shipped it out the next day! But unfortunately, it got held at customs which is out of their control. I would say if you are getting this from the US and as a gift, give yourself extra time to order.

Bought the double triangle and slide for my Daughters 2nd birthday. She was very happy and 2 months later still climbing every day. Her brother is almost 5 and loves to climb on the double triangle. Quality is good and it was delivered on time.
We bought two triangles and a slide for our daughter’s first birthday, hoping the big one (3 1/2) would also be able to play with it. And that turned out to be true, both children are thrilled, and so are we. The transport was very fast, the devices were very carefully and lovingly packed. Due to the clear assembly instructions, the assembly went well by hand. The wood feels great, very valuable, and is nicely smoothed. When unpacking, it smells nice and fresh and lies gently in the hand. All in all, we are very satisfied and are happy to have bought exactly this Pikler triangle.
I did a lot of research before chosing this pikler set and it didn’t disappoint! The workmanship is immaculate, all surfaces are smooth and waxed beautifully. I know my toddler will have many adventures and years of play with this set. I ran into issues with Fedex and the seller went above and beyond with their customer service to help me.
